Ann Myers

With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, I have helped many clients get stronger, healthier, move better, and lose weight. Whether a client is new to exercise, needs a fresh dose of motivation, or has health challenges, I will give them the support and encouragement they need to help achieve their health and fitness goals.

I love working with people and having the opportunity to partner with them to achieve the best version of themselves.

How I do it

I create effective and fun workouts with the appropriate challenge for each client’s needs. With a focus on learning good form, my clients learn to transfer this knowledge to everyday life. I want them to move well in and out of the gym!

I work with adult clients of all ages but I specialize in the working adults who are 45+ years.
